My stay at Marsden Hotel Burwood was absolutely spectacular, and I'm already planning future short getaways back to this gem. The room with the king double bed was comfy, but there was an issue with water flooding outside of the bathroom, something that needs attention, especially during hot days. The location is fabulous, just 200m from the Westfield mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining.
The hotel's location is ideal for accessing attractions, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, but some maintenance issues were noted. The dining options are good, but prices could be more competitive.
The hotel rooms were in a weird shape; the TV was cut off from one side when on the bed, but overall, they were extremely helpful for only one night. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always there to my aid. The location was fabulous for food and services, with a bus stop right in front. However, there was a muggy/sewer smell one Saturday early morning. The dining experience was amazing, with great, very quick service, fabulous coffee, and fresh juices. The facilities were modern and convenient.
